    Also called the Pareto Principle, right?

    • @SOCOSalesTraining
      @SOCOSalesTraining 11 днів тому

      Hey there! You hit the nail on the head with the Pareto Principle reference, which states that roughly 80% of effects come from 20% of causes. Just like the principle suggests, we find that the bulk of successful selling comes from really tuning in to our clients - that’s our 80% listening right there. And when we do speak? It’s all about those probing questions that get to the heart of our clients’ needs. That leaves us with that precious 10% where the selling magic happens. Thanks for drawing that parallel!

    Please help me! l'm a beginner designer and I did alot of sketch ups of unique custom design woman's luxury bags but now I have something unique luxury bags inspired by supercars and l wanna really turn it into a real project I think they so unique that I can imagine it in the hands of the wealthy or Instagram showoffs in places such as Monaco, Dubaï, London... When they get out of their supercar and there isn't like it in the market but I'm not not sure how to plan this properly and what and how to deal with the potential obstacles that can pops up in my way? is it doable to contact cars manufacturers through email and do collaboration with them or something like that or just uptain licenses and do it on my own? or maybe suggest me other solutions I'm really confused and lost not to mention that I'm just a designer I don't have any experience with marketing or sales... Please help me!

    • @SOCOSalesTraining
      @SOCOSalesTraining 14 днів тому

      Hello there! It’s great to hear about your unique luxury bag designs inspired by supercars. Remember, the luxury market values exclusivity and quality. Ensure that your products not only look the part but are also made with the finest materials and craftsmanship. This attention to detail can set you apart in the competitive luxury market. Conduct market research to understand your audience and the competition. Creating prototypes will help you perfect the final product. Collaborating with car manufacturers could be a brilliant move, as it can lend authenticity and prestige to your brand. However, this route often requires a well-established brand presence and network. As a beginner, you may want to start exploring licensing options to use specific design elements. Partnering with someone experienced in marketing and sales will be crucial, as they can help you develop a strategy that emphasizes the exclusivity of your brand. Take it one step at a time, and don’t shy away from seeking expert advice. With passion and the right approach, you can make your mark in the luxury fashion industry. Wishing you the best of luck on this endeavor!

Sometimes, it isn’t just about closing a deal, it can be about building relationships and trust which can lead to future opportunities when their situation improves. If you ever want to give it a try, we’ve got some great tips and tricks that can make it easier. Sales can be a rewarding field, and we’re here to support those who choose to embrace it!🤗

    I am a sales person of a international beauty brand selling "expensive" cosmetics & beauty products. I am not able to understand where my target customers really are and how should I convince them to buy the product. I am new to this "sales" thing, so do give me some advices

    • @SOCOSalesTraining
      @SOCOSalesTraining Місяць тому

      Hey there! Selling luxury products like cosmetics and beauty items can be quite a journey, especially when you're new to sales. Identifying your target customers just means considering where they hang out online and offline. Consider social media platforms, upscale events, or maybe even high-end beauty salons? Once you've found your audience, focus on building relationships and trust. Highlight the unique features and benefits of your products, emphasizing their quality, exclusivity, and the experience they offer. Consider offering personalized consultations or demonstrations to showcase the value of your brand. Persistence and continuous learning are essential in sales. Keep honing your skills, learning from both successes and challenges, and adapting your approach based on feedback. You've got this!

    No, you need to talk and establish rapport, I'd say 10% questions, 10% showing you listened, 10%offering your business and 10% having a genuine conversation and enjoying the experience, than 60% listening

    • @SOCOSalesTraining
      @SOCOSalesTraining Місяць тому

      Hey! Thanks for sharing your perspective. Building rapport and genuine conversations are indeed crucial in sales. The point is the importance of active listening, which involves not just hearing but truly understanding the customer's needs. By focusing more on listening, sales professionals can tailor their approach effectively and build stronger relationships. It's all about finding the right balance that works for you and your customers in the end and the 80/20 rule is easy to follow and just works. Appreciate your input!

      It’s great to hear about your venture into Quiet Luxury Clothing and accessories for those with skin sensitivities. Attracting the right customers online often involves a mix of strategy and patience. Consider creating content that speaks directly to the concerns of men with allergies, highlighting how your products offer both style and comfort. Also, think about optimizing your website for search engines and engaging with influencers who share your brand’s ethos. Personalized customer experiences and responsive service can go a long way too. Keep refining your approach, and you’ll find the formula that works for your unique brand. Hope this helps, and wishing you success in connecting with your ideal customers!

      Hey there, we’re sorry that you didn’t agree. We know that selling is not one-size-fits-all and that different situations require different strategies. Our approach is based on the principle that listening is more powerful than talking all the time, and that asking questions is more effective than telling. We understand that persuasion and pain points are essential components of any sales conversation, and through asking questions, you'll be able to uncover those pain points easily and 10% is all you need for persuading. :) Hope that makes sense.
